1) Per night is: a period of 24 hours at most; one day is charged extra in case of a prolonged use. The fee is also charged for all persons in case of temporarily absence when the terrain and/or house stays in use.

 

2) The overnight or day rate is due for at least 15 persons per night or day for a stay in the Hopman Verniel Lodge. The tourist tax is charged for the number of persons that is really present.

 

3) All tourist tax rates are set by the municipalities, usually shortly before the year begins.  (link) Exempt are persons under 18 and their adult supervisors staying with us as part of a non-profit organization with a social or educational goal (such as scouting). This does not include family groups and groups aged 18+.

 

Er zijn kampeerbonnen (een gratis overnachting in een tent) voor Zeeuwse groepen welke verdiend kunnen worden door onderhoudswerk te verrichten op het Scoutcentrum.

 

Voor inwoners van de gemeente Middelburg en Veere kan er middels een formulier bij de penningmeester de toeristenbelasting terug gevraagd worden.
